Role Model Speakers:

The Role Model Speakers (RMS) program will be the cornerstone of building the new HHW Ohio brand / identity. This particular program can offer immediate positive benefits to both the working women who go through the training and to their employers, while simultaneously helping the groups and organizations who engage with the speakers at educational and community events. The RMS program operates on all four levels of the HHW Ohio model:

Motivating listeners who have FOUND OUT to GET IN to the field,

Helping the speakers stay in through an improved outlook on their position and future, thus helping them MOVE UP

Becoming mentors to GIVE BACK.
